"Incredible location close to everything, friendly staff, good value. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with nice views, lots of amenities including kettle, full bath.
Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. "

"I had a really nice stay. The spa was definitely the highlight — great facilities and a really calming atmosphere. Food was good, and staff were friendly. I’d happily visit again."

"The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know.
It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk.
Would definitely stay here again."

"amazing stay, clean room, lovely staff very attentive left us some muffins and a happy anniversary message in our room! yummy breakfast, spa was so nice, lovely pool and gym, massages were so relaxing too!"
"The room was clean, though the sofa bed had a very thin mattress so you felt the bars in the bed frame, very uncomfortable. Pool was nice. Strange rotton milk smell in parts of corridors "
"Excellent place spotless and staff were excellent. Really comfortable bed. Room a bit small but well designed. Loved the small kitchen. Only slight gripe I couldn't get a late check out as the place was fully booked the next night. Right in the heart of Liverpool. "
"Cons-refused to give us a late check out-1 hour later from 11am to 12pm; lobby and hallways are sprayed with tons of overwhelming scent-if you have allergies to perfumes, colognes or floral smells don’t stay here-felt sick from the chemical exposure which caused coughing, sneezing and runny nose; no place to put toiletries in the bathroom-sink area is small; lack of space to put luggage-we had 2 large bags and 2 carry-on bags; no onsite parking-have to unload luggage, park in a parking garage offsite and then walk back to the hotel
Pros-on the dock area, within walking distance of attractions, beds were o.k, but not great; rooms seemed to be soundproof, 2 small free cookies in room
We did not eat the breakfast so I can’t comment on that."
