The perfect house for gathering!! Tons of space for families or large groups of friends! Cozy up next to the fireplace and take in all the retro bohemian vibes, or enjoy the huge back yard with a fire pit, hanging hammock chairs, corn hole and lots of room for your fur babies to roam in a fully fenced yard.
Minutes from Texas A&M, downtown Bryan and Santa’s Wonderland!
The space
4 bedrooms include:
-1 King bed (private bathroom)
-1 Queen with a roll out twin
-1 Queen
-1 Queen, 1 twin, and 1 futon
The living room also has 2 couches, 1 folds out into a futon and 1 is a 3 seater couch. The house can sleep 13 comfortably!

Perfect for my family and brother family to enjoy a weekend in aggieland. Spent some time away from the house but time at the house was enjoyable and comfortable. Would consider it again

I booked this for a Galentine’s party. Property was very clean and taken care of. Check-in went smoothly. The house was very spacious and the pictures on the on the listing don’t do justice very nicely decorated. The host was very attentive, and answered all questions in a timely manner would definitely book here again.
