“Unsafe, Poorly Maintained, Not Worth the Price We encountered a large bear immediately at arrival that had chewed through the exterior into the bedroom! The host knew about the extremely active bear situation but didn't warn us until 1.5 hours after check-in. Bears appeared daily. They got in & on cars. Security & maintenance were also terrible. The house itself was clean and very spacious( perfect for 2 adults and 4 young kids) and the hot tub was a delight! “We had an amazing stay, this chalet was so close to everything! The view was beautiful and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day of exploration. We had everything that we needed for our stay and felt very comfortable. There was an adorable chipmunk who visited every morning outside of the kitchen window and we were able to see a few families of bears pass by the street. A great place to stay and experience the area.”

“It was a beautiful place. The only negative was parking. Like others, the driveway is very steep & on a curve & difficult to see to pull out & very hard to back into the drive. The 2 hot tubs were very nice.”
