“I live in Mayfield and we lost power for almost 2 days due to a bad storm. The hotel was amazing to us. We had a clean and comfortable room and the employees were so kind! I thought we were going to have to stay a second night but when our electricity came back on, they allowed us to cancel for the second night with no charge and allowed us to check out late. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us!”

“I was only there a night — when I checked in I was told I could use the side door that would be closest to my room with the key card but that door was always locked any time I tried to use it — my room had a weird smell and I’m pretty sure one of the lamp shades had mold or something on it — it’s a safe location though — I only saw the staff when I checked in and when I left — the continental breakfast could use some work — no hot food at all”

“This is a beautiful and very well-maintained property for our stay on Kentucky Lake. Plenty of amenities, ample parking for vehicles & boat, fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor seating on front deck, spacious screened-in gazebo, and outdoor seating around well designed firepit. The house was exceptionally clean and beds were very comfortable. Baths were fully equipped beyond expectations and offered all the amenities needed. The owners were great communicating to meet our needs. We loved……

“Got a room for four people and there were only two towels in the room. Was told to use the room towels for the pool and they might be able to give me a couple more. The bathroom door was too big for the frame so it didn’t close at all. The toilet was clogged from who ever stayed there previously. The beds are terrible and the pillows were even worse. Will never stay there again and should be removed from your booking site.”
