"I booked a room at Best Western Saluki Inn in Carbondale Il. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. However the indoor pool was “closed out of order”. I questioned the front desk about the closure of the pool and was told it would be opened in two days. It was not. I chose this establishment for the indoor pool, to relax. I called and talked with someone and they assured mes that the pool was open. This has happened before. The next time I rent a room if the pool is out of orderd I will leave."
