This picturesque cottage has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The downstairs bathroom with shower leads from the entrance hall. Upstairs is a large romantic bedroom with a super king size double bed and TV. There is shared access to a large indoor heated swimming pool (heated to 30 degrees), a games room, softplay area, outdoor play and picnic area. As a small-scale working farm guests can meet the friendly farm animals: sheep, pigs, chickens and horses, regular talks are arranged for groups that want to learn about the daily farm routine. The estate also boasts a 15 acre ancient woodland, which is alive with wild flowers, birds and a meandering stream, stunning at anytime of the year. Surrounded by unspoiled open countryside, coastal paths and beautiful walks and cycle rides, The Coach House is the perfect place from which to go and explore the amazing landscape. The land borders the Coombe Valley (AONB) where the river enters the sea at our nearest National Trust beach Duckpool, which is 1.5 miles away. Nearby surfing at the local beaches is some of the best in the country and the owners will be happy to arrange surfing lessons on request.
