The room was generally clean, but there was an empty handsoap bottle when we arrived. The maid wouldn't refill it withought permission from us calling the front desk first. All the Apothoke products smelled great. The airport shuttle can take a while to catch from the airport, as you have to wait a while for someone at the hotel to pick up the phone and then reach the shuttle (though you might luck out if one is already sitting in the shuttle section of the airport). I would stay here again, but recommend bringing a good eye mask, as the outside lights are bright, and earplugs to block hallway noise. It may not be the best fit for those sensitive to smoke, as guests were smoking on balconies and the hallways occasionally smelled like cigarette smoke.
