“Very nice house with road and nearby trail access. The entire group loved the house and the location. The owners stayed in touch ensuring we were good and asking if we needed anything. Thank you!”

“We stayed 2 nights in the carriage house at the Litz mansion. Immaculate- great steam shower, comfortable bed and pillows/ Everything you could want or need! Considering places to stay in the area, the Litz house and the especially the carriage house are way better than the other options.”

“Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested……

“The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The queen and king beds are comfortable, the bunk beds are great for young ones; daughter slept fine on it. The only reason why I rated the online listing a 4 vice a 5, there were……

“This was our 2nd visit to this property. Great accommodations for a group. Clean, well maintained. Close trail access. Nearby food, gas, groceries. 2 garages for sxs/atv storage. Plenty of parking. Large yard where our kids played. We would stay here again when visiting the southern HMT.”

“Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice!”

“This house checked all the boxes for our large group(13) plenty of bed space. we all agreed it was a great house! The game room/ living room was a great bonus! Another bonus was the ice machine! This house has a very large gated/locked parking lot which was perfect for multiple large trucks and trailers. The location was good about 10 minutes or less to the trail head from the house .
