“Room was very clean. Front desk lady was quite nice. We didn’t eat breakfast there so can’t comment. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. ”

“I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dickson. From the outside, the property looks great—clean, well-kept, and inviting—but unfortunately, that didn’t carry through once we stepped inside. The issues started right away with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly fraying, which made the space feel worn and poorly maintained. Even worse, the tiles in both the entryway and bathroom were sticky underfoot—something you definitely don’t want to……

Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds.”
