This rustic log cabin has a spacious living room with open ceilings, large plush sofa and a fireplace. Enjoy the large patio with a dining set and propane fire pit. The back has a large open yard for playing yard games and enjoying a bonfire in the firepit. There are 4 adirondack chairs and firewood. Come relax, breath in the fresh air, and kick your feet up. Enjoy all the amenities Breezy Point has to offer.

THE SPACE
An all-season cabin ready and waiting for you. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with pull-out couch, and an insulated porch (with use of space heater) can be used all year round. Gas Grill, Fire Ring, Propane Fire Pit, Bean Bag Toss, Ladder Ball, Bocce Ball, Yard Darts, Firestick, Wi-Fi, DVD Players, Wii with Four Controllers, Wii Games, Huge Board Game Selection, and more. Bring your boat along or rent one to drop in at the public access less than a mile down the road or at Breezy Point Marina for $10.

-Yard games are all stored in the shed. Please be respectful and return all equipment to it’s place when not in use.

-Grill/Propane: Please use carefully and be sure to turn off propane after use. A backup propane tank is located in the garage.

We have high speed internet available for your use during your stay. Info will be provided to you in the welcome book when you arrive to the cabin.

-Neighbors: Our neighbors are kind and fun who live there year-round. We ask that you please be respectful. We hope to be able to keep them happy so we can continue to offer our cabin as a rental when we are unable to use it for others to enjoy as well for years to come.

-Trash: Garbage pickup is Monday morning. If you're stay lands on a Sunday, please bring the trash cans to the end of the driveway before you leave Sunday or Sunday night.

-Security camera installed on the exterior road side of the cabin for safety purposes.
