Phil and Gaby's place was perfect for our group of 9. We all slept comfortably and had spaces to retreat to for quieter moments. We were rained in for most of the weekend and had plenty of space to spread out. We arrived to a fresh, clean home with a well-stocked kitchen, all the towels and bed linens our group would need, and a lovely welcome basket. Phil was easy to reach for an easy check-in and any questions that came up. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back. Thank you, Phil and Gaby, for having us.

We stayed at this house during the Memorial Day weekend. Perfect for people who love the outdoors (Bushkill Falls, Appalachian Trail/Mount Minsi). House was very clean, very spacious, well-stocked. Great host (Thanks Phil!). We stayed at this house based on the consensus of 160 stellar reviews, and we had the same stellar experience. Would gladly stay there again.

This was my second time staying in this house. It made a wonderful venue for my families holiday getaway. Plenty of space for everyone and our dog who loved the woods as his back yard for the weekend.

House was a great size for 7 adults. Property was nicely situated with a forest located behind it. We got to experience many different types of wildlife. The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Host was generous and left us gifts including something for our dog.

Phil and Gaby were exceptionally hospitable! They left us a welcome basket with treat and s'mores as well as a doggy welcome package for our pooch. Phil was in constant communication via text before and during our stay, and I especially appreciated his guided tour of the property when we arrived (he was virtual). We also loved the burning fires in the family room and enjoying the spacious game rooms and lounging space in the basement! The VRBO photos and descriptions were spot on. We also really enjoyed the facilities at Saw Creek village, including the ski slopes (super convenient and perfect for beginners!), indoor tennis / pickleball courts, and the indoor pool. Thanks, Phil and Gaby, for a great holiday getaway!

Great to get back to Dingmans Ferry. Nice to see not much has changed. Enjoyed several amenities in the neighborhood. Top of the world, 5k and lives seeing the deer and turkeys. Lovely area

Annual Winter Getaway

2nd stay and we will come back again. Plenty of space. Great location in sawcreek and nice view of the woods in the back. Saw lots of deer this trip. Basement with the pool table always a hit. Look forward to next time.

We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. You can tell the owners cares about their property. The little touches went a long way. They even left us a welcome basket. Great place, great property managers, ton of wild life, and great central pocono location. However, the gated community and the shear size of the community was not ideal for us. We typically like a more secluded place where we are asked less questions and have less lease accountability.

Play off weekend

My nephew a few friends and I travel to the Poconos for a getaway and to watch the football playoffs. The house was perfect! Located in a beautiful neighborhood, skiing on site, safe and peaceful. The house is spacious.and comfortable. Livable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. House was clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to tubing and skiing. Great place for a family. We might make this an annual event! Thank you!

Pocono Getaway

The house was great large enough for our family to have space to spread out. The host Phil was very responsive, when questions arised. House was clean and the amenities were great. One exception was the deck furniture was not cleaned, my husband cleaned off the deck and out side eating area from downed leaves and minor tree debris. Other than that we had a wonderful time. We would rent this property again.

This house is amazing

Our family decided to stay at this property over Christmas break. We needed to get away and relax. We were not able to enjoy the amenities of the property but that was because of course the kids were sick, however, upon arrival the owner walked us through the entire property in and out on the phone. When we walked into the kitchen we were treated with some snacks, a beautiful cake and fruit. Let me tell you this house is beautiful, it is well maintained and exceeded our expectations. Each room has its own thermostat so that was great as our family can never agree on temperature. The living room with the fire place was our favorite place to hang out. The owner even left us items to make our own s’mores which we did. Every room is equipped with a large TV and already set up to watch Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc. This was by far my favorite place that I have ever stayed in at the Poconos. 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to plan a spring summer trip to enjoy the outdoors more. The owners were the best owners I have ever felt with.

2 family getaway

My family and my brother's family rented this house for a week. It was 4 teens ages 14-19 and 4 adults. We stayed at the beginning of August when temps were in the 80s with high humidity and a lot of rain. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party. The hosts were reachable and responsive. We had an initial glitch the first night when we realized that there was AC only in the master bedroom, living room and dining room. The other 2 bedrooms only had ceiling fans and the occupants couldn't figure out how to leave the fan on but turn the lights off. Once we figured that out it was fine. There is also a dehumidifyer in the basement that we emptied regularly that significantly helped keep the downstairs cool too. It rained every day except one, so there was a lot of pool playing and board games, and one night of a fire in the firepit. The location was perfect for a hike at Dingman's ferry, a kayak trip down the delaware, and a movie. The house was well appointed, the facilities in the community nice, scenery beautiful and hosts responsive. All in all I would highly recommend and would rent here again.

Everything met expectations and was accurate to listing description. The main bedrooms were equipped well with comfy and clean beds and TVs so everyone could have their own quiet time. The screened porch off from the kitchen was extra enjoyable for morning coffee. Phil was very good with communication and provided helpful information to help us settle in. Phil and Gabby were very hospitable and left thoughtful notes and things for us to enjoy time at the fire pit and for our family dog to feel at home. The community has a Facebook page we checked for updates, with weather related pool hours. I also recommend checking the amenities page on Saw Creek's website for any closures. The indoor pools were only open during inclement weather.
