I choose the pool view, but when i checked in, i was given a room facing the lobby. Another thing the website said it was 800$ but at the hotel they charged 1400. I dont reccomend.

Was an hour late getting our room but certainly not offered an hour late to check out.

The carpet and sofa bed have seen better days but relatively clean. We love everything about the kitchen and the large fridge. The bedroom was cozy and clean. The picture was showing hardwood floor for the unit, so we were caught off guard when seeing carpeted floor instead. The check in receptions could have been a little more proactive and helpful. I arrived around 3pm and the room was not ready. I told the front desk person that I will be waiting in the lobby area. I kept seeing multiple guests checking in before me until I went and asked for the 4th time and that is when the receptionist stood up and went upstair to speak to the cleaning crews. I ended up checking in half past four

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. It was sentimental for me because this is where I stayed growing up when it was Triton Towers. Look forward to coming back next year

Hotel was clean and location was good. We enjoyed the breakfast, staff was friendly and attentive. Only quams were unrelated to the hotel itself. The area is extremely busy, restaurants near by have extremely long wait times many do not accept reservations. Attractions are crowded. If you want to spend most of your time at the beach and pool, this is great a great choice. If you like going out this area is very frustrating and kind of boring. Hotel makes you sign a waiver if you leave early they won't refund anything. Probably a good idea because we wanted to... Would stay again but probably only two or three days.
