This is an older hotel, but it’s on the beach and has a ok breakfast, the price was more affordable than others that I looked at. Surprised that a breakfast was included. Overall it served our needs for a beach hotel. Walked right out of the hotel and on to the beach

Levi at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful, and my family loved the pool and location of the hotel itself. Our biggest complaints revolve around the 2 x elevators which were extremely small, the doors sometimes worked, sometimes didn't, and when they did they would slam shut too quickly. I have the bruise on my arm to prove it! The other complaint is the lack of parking. You're sharing parking with the Isle of Capri restaurant and even the few spaces in the overflow parking (which was filled with storage containers) was full at times. When I first checked in, I had to wait 30 minutes for a parking space to become available. Aside from that, we actually did enjoy our stay. The room was clean and we had a great view. Being at 39th street also is far enough north on the Boardwalk that it stayed much quieter and felt safer.

Beautiful view, convenient location, very clean and comfortable, roomy. Bed was comfortable. Lots of stairs, even a couple of places in the suite with a step where we had to be mindful. We were there on a Sunday and Monday, so price was reasonable. Wine and snacks in the late afternoon were appreciated, as was coffee in the morning. Breakfast was just pastries, yogurt and orange juice, so we went out for breakfast.

My wife and I stayed for a couple nights. Great location and an unbeatable view of the ocean from our room balcony! We will be back! A++
