Horrível, quarto com cheiro de mofo, cama quebrada, chuveiro dando choque, sem troca de toalhas e arrumação di quarto. Simplesmente deplorável. Café da manhã nem se fala. Faltava tudo. Pra se repor tinga que ficar implorando. Nunca mais volto.

O ar não gela Tv com chuviscos Frigobar não gela Ao usar o chuveiro o dijuntor desarma Café da manhã sem manteiga Tive que ficar esperando xícara limpa Piscina suja Ficamos sem água no sábado denoite No check-out eu tive que deixar a chave do quarto na cadeira de fora, pois não tinha recepcionista de serviço . Aa pousada deveria ser fechada pelas autoridades, por não cumprir com o que foi oferecido.

A Pousada é boa, mas tem como ficar muito melhor!!

A estrutura fisica é muito boa. Tem uma área verde bem grande e o quarto tb é muito espaçoso. A Pousada precisa de pintura, uma reforma nos móveis da piscina e tem como melhorar o café da manhã com mais variedade. Falta uma gerência mais presente e participativa. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos.

Da pra ficar, mas não voltaria

O pior pra mim foi o isolamento acústico, os quartos são colados e a parede não isola nada, você ouve os carros na rua a noite toda e tudo que se conversa e se faz nos quartos ao lado. A cama é boa, toalhas limpas, pode estacionar na frete do quarto, a piscina não usei. Poucos funcionários para o café da manhã, que é servido na mesa, onde se perde 1h pra tomar café. E a localização também é muito ruim, não tem nada perto, 30 mim do centro

Não fica muito perto da praia. Nem tem piscina

Dificuldade para café da manhã. Somente uma funcionária na cozinha para atender toda a pousada, que tem quase 30 aptos. O lugar da pousada é bem tranquilo.Mas tem muitos mosquitos.

A estadia era bem localizada, porém falta um limpeza melhor, pois logo de cara percebemos que não estava bem limpo, tanto o quarto como o banheiro, o café da manhã estava bom.

Horrible alojamiento

Horrible. la verdad una decepción está super alejado de todo la playa más cerca no hay nada, pésima la atención. El dueño es un antipático. Además hice la reserva con tarjeta de crédito para pagar de la misma manera. Al cuarto día me dice que no le funciona el aparato tuve que pagar en efectivo (que además no tenía)y me cobró una multa de 600 reales x dejar cotos el hotel debido a que no estuve conforme con nada.o de lo contrario le tenía que dejar los datos de la tarjeta y en 100 días me cobrara con el aparato.

É uma pousada simples. Ficamos com receio do que iriamos encontrar depois de ler tantas avaliações negativas,porém, nos foi ofertado os serviços que compramos pelo hotéis.com. Quarto espaçoso mas achamos o banheiro bem pequeno. Serviço de quarto só se for solicitado. Wi fi não funcionava bem, pra dizer que não funcionou. O café era bom, mas o lugar estava sujo. Pouquíssimas funcionárias. A recepção só funciona das 14:00 as 22:00. A pousada não oferece segurança. O portão de entrada passou a noite aberta vários dias. É um bairro distante de tudo que é bom em búzios. Tivemos uma estadia tranquila, o lugar é tranquilo. Não tem atrativos na pousada, só um lugar muito grande com suítes.

O hotel é bem básico, não tem serviço de quarto, o que é bem ruim quando se está na praia por causa da areia que sempre carregamos pro quarto e nunca tem ninguém na recepção. O quarto é grande mas bem simples e um pouco quente, o ar condicionado não dá conta. Mas por outro lado é pertinho de uma praia ótima, dos Tucuns, e também é num bairro bem silencioso e tranquilo. É um hotel bem OK mesmo, se você não irá passar muito tempo no hotel, recomendo, mas se precisará ficar algumas horas no quarto por qualquer motivo não é um bom lugar pra ficar
