The complex is located high on the hill featuring sweeping panoramic views of Cabo & the Sea of Cortez. Ventanas offers many amenities and has a peaceful setting to enhance your experience. We are close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing about 7 minutes to downtown and stunning beaches, 3 minutes to Costco and 5 minutes to Walmart
This home is more than 2,000 sq ft. It has three spacious bedrooms that are individually air-conditioned, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, wifi, a washer and dryer & a 2 car garage.
It offers a beautiful open floor plan where the kitchen, living area & dining area have sliding glass doors that open onto the 1st level terrace.
