L'appartement est très fonctionnel, au RDC, calme, bien équipé, spacieux. Il fait un peu chaud dans l'appartement l'été. La climatisation serait bienvenue. ”

“Our stay in Nice was absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — everything was just a short tram or bus ride away, with grocery stores and restaurants conveniently within walking distance, and only steps from the famous Promenade. The host and caretaker were exceptionally responsive and cooperative, making us feel completely at ease. This was the perfect place to use as our base while exploring Nice, and if we return, we would choose this……

“We had an excellent stay here and would highly recommend it. It was clean, quiet, well furnished and safe, in a secured apartment/condominium building with thoughtful amenities.
