"I highly recommend this hotel if convenient location is a must. This hotel is a short walk to Plaza Culture with Teatro National and several restaurants and a nice gym you can buy a day pass to. Staff is bilingual and friendly. Food is served downstairs and very good. Eglys at the front desk is one of the most friendly people I ever had the pleasure to meet. She is always smiling and helpful. I will make this my new San Jose hotel for future visits."
