Pretty rough shape but it seems they are trying to update. Lots of construction vehicles in parking lot. Hard to park by the room. Our door didn’t have a strip under door so the smokers outside unfortunately smell came into the room.

The La Quinta in Dumas was clean but the room needed some maintenance. Also the breakfast was not good. We stay at La Quinta's a lot but this one had bear minimum breakfast . No yogurts, all items were low. Coffee was luke warm. Not a good experience like we normally have at La Quinta.

Quick overnight stay. Room was great. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Ice machine was good. The ‘free breakfast’ was not much. Basically just cereal and milk, bagels/toast, yogurt. No eggs or protein. For the price, I’d definitely stay again.
