“This place is amazing. The staff was incredible even from before arriving. The breakfast was great too and always on time. This was the perfect stay for our family of 4. Plenty of space, amenities and very clean. The pictures do not do it justice. I would stay here again.”
“Stayed for 3 nights in the top floor room with the spiral staircase. You enter the room and there are 2 chairs to enjoy sitting with the balcony open. The spiral staircase is unique and we loved it, just take your time up and down, that’s all. Bedroom, and bathing area are beautifully decorated. Bed is very comfortable. We had the best sleep, so quiet. The grounds are so well kept, you feel like you’re in a private park with a castle. The breakfast is incredible, homemade yogurts, fruit,……
“Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked.”
“Very unique place. Beautiful room. Amazing location. Breakfast on the terrace
Staff absolutely wonderful
If I’m ever back in Bordeaux this is where I will stay.”
“Literie au top, chambre propre et surtout un personnel aux petits soins... nous avons pu laisser nos bagages toutes la journée dans un box fermé pour profiter pleinement de notre dimanche à Bordeaux”
“Very clean, fresh, quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning coped well with 40 degrees outside - a cool oasis! Concierge Laëtitia helpful, welcoming and responsive. Will book again.”
“We had an exceptional stay at Le Palais Gallien Hotel & Spa. The staff were wonderfully helpful, attentive, and professional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the restaurant—the food was truly great. The hotel’s location is fantastic as well: tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet just an easy walking distance to local shopping and fantastic dining options. Highly recommended!
Warm & Detailed Focus on Staff
Exceptional Hospitality and Perfect Location.”
