“We had a good time staying in Mineral Wells. The breakfast staff and hotel staff in general were helpful and very friendly. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The door to my bathroom would not close all the way, broken tiles and air conditioners need a good cleaning. The door to open the room was also not well aligned and had to be forced open/closed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance.”

“Everything was great and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was so cloudy we couldn’t see into it. No way we were getting into it. I reported it to the receptionist and was told the pool gets cleaned once a week and that they would report it.”

“The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodated our room request. The property was clean and food choices near by. The only negative comment I have was that our room had a musty smell in certain spots and it was bedding and bathroom fact were slightly dated”

“Was charged a extra fifty dollar deposit and wasn’t in website they charged a deposit ac didn’t work in room a awful smell in the room overbearing smell coming out of the drains and ac we had to leave door open to get cooled off won’t be staying there found a dead fly when pulling the comforter back”

“It was good but hallways and elevator was extremely warm. No phone in room to contact front desk if needed. But overall good stay”

“Bathroom clean but carpet filthy, my white footies were black on bottom after walking just a few hours on it. The bed was a boxspring with a thin foam mat on it. The pillows were 3 square things. But the swimming pool was nice.”
