Exceptional stay from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the location couldn't have been better. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be back!

An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. Excellent location, few minutes walk to Nasser Metro Station or Ataba Metro Station, (easy to reach any where in the city using metro) surrounded by large varieties of traditional & modern cafes/restaurants, in addition to a large variety of boutique shops on every corner. the area is crowded, relatively safe, best to take metro in and out of the area during traffic time. WI-FI connection is good for working remotely, breakfast is good, staff are friendly and responsive to any issues raised. price is at high of 2 star hotel, but over all, worth the value, the hotel is accessible through semi-dedicated elevator. The room size is comfy and moderate & clean.

Looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and chic. Also, amazing for the price! The location is a little hard to find but otherwise, no real complaints. I do think one of the guests was smoking and I could smell it in my room.

The room was well prepared, also it was very comfortable. the location is remarkable and close to every vital place in this district, a little bit crowded but it's obvious as this is the city center. overall it was a perfect stay for our trip

One of the most interesting accommodations in my whole trip, the staff members were very kind and helpful specially Mohamed. they helped us organizing our tour to Alexandria which was fascinating and joyful, the tour guide Ziad was brilliant and knew a lot about the roman history in Alexandria. the hotel was very comfortable and clean and the service is even better

"Exceptional stay – comfortable, clean, and top-notch service!" Had a fantastic experience staying. The check-in process was smooth and seamless. The room was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. A special shoutout to the staff—everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was polite, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Location was super convenient as well. Highly recommend to anyone booking through Expedia! Would definitely return.

المكان بشكل عام كويس ولاكن للاسف انفجر عليا سخان الماء الفوري الي كانو حاطينو تحت المغسله ودا خطا كبير لانه دا مكان بيسير فيه تسريبات ماء و التماس كهربا و دا الي حصل معايا انفجر السخان و اتصبت برضوض و حروق فرجلي
