I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room. The second room was clean but was a leak on the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing at all and was not steamer or item available on the hotel. Still with this lil issues on my 2nd room I feel good on the hotel. Kindly Recommendation: 1\. A least 1 iron/ steamer available per request. 2\. Someone available for fix engineer issues. 3\. Pillowcases for cover the pillow. 4\.
