It was the worst experience in my life roaches my room was not already they give me a different room with roaches filthy customer service so rude Breakfast is the worst I wish I'd never paid they won't give me my money back so I had to stay was horrible experience filthy rude customer service worst people I've ever seen

Er waren helemaal geen accomodaties. Geen WiFi geen roomservice geen schone kamers. Ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

#### Toller Blick vom Hotel 

Das Hotel mit der wohl besten Aussicht auf die Pyramiden, so schätze ich und alle Tourguides die Lage ein, wenn man das Hotel erstmal gefunden hatte. Das Personal war immer bemüht, unsere Wünsche, sei es nach Essen oder Getränken zu erfüllen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war einfach aber ausreichend. Sicherlich hätte ich mir manchmal etwas mehr an Auswahl gewünscht, doch es passte auch so. Für afrikanische Verhältnisse war das Zimmer sauber, auch wenn z. B. eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung die Situation entschieden verbessert hätte. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der kleine, aber immer gut gereinigte Pool.

Room was cold, was given 2 space heaters. Heating system don’t work. Plumbing was malfunctioning. Water clogged up in shower & water overflowing. Showers don’t have a door. “Breakfast” consisted of a bold egg & bread. They have hidden fees when it comes to transportation. No restaurant. Had a black out and it took 10 minutes for power to be restored Will NEVER stay here again. Don’t waste your money. The location was great for seeing the pyramids & that’s all.

Heru Pyramid hotel is also known as Horus hotel, room could be more modernised, cleaner, not all windows have blinds or curtains, also loud music blaring late at night from a nearby club, we got served very cold and salty dinner, slow breakfast service, never got the coffee we ordered as we had to go for a tour to see the pyramids, driver dropped us off not in front of the pyrammid entrance but back of an alley, becareful that you don't get scammed

Fethi est un bon gérant ils nous a proposé des excursions, les chauffeur et le guide étaient sympa. Un endroit calmeer charmant. Le chauffeur de taxi ne connaissait pas, il fallait que j'utilise mon GPS.
