We met Salema when we arrived and what a beautiful welcome she gave us… by the end of our 4 night stay, it felt like we had known her for much longer. “We stayed for a week at the end of June, at this beautifully located beachfront hotel. The view of the bay is stunning as all of the rooms overlook the beach and indeed the hotel’s beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a full-on, adrenaline pumped, pool- gamed hotel … this is not the hotel for you. Here you find a sophisticated, relaxed, refined vibe that suites couples and travellers wanting a quieter place to stay. Our room was large, clean, comfortable with a large bathroom and terrace……

“We stayed at “The Apartment” which is located in a different building, about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Beautifully decorated and impeccable, cute little patio (if you like cats, please let the hotel know so they will let them go in). The j Hotel lobby is gorgeous. Expedia didn’t explain that the parking is €17 daily and NOT included. Also you need to leave a €20 deposit in cash only, to take the parking remote with you.”

“Location is unbeatable, the beach view from the room is beautiful. The amenities are great, lots of goodies in the room, and the food in the hotel’s restaurants was pretty good. The only thing I think can be improved are the pillows to sleep, they felt too thick which caused cervical pain to us every morning. The staff is great, especially the kids club staff members.”

“What a fabulous hotel. Don’t be put off by its location in a commercial area. We stayed there for three nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Casa Sontanja. It was the perfect base. Just a short drive down the coast on our spare day. Whatever your reason for being in the area, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.”
