“Had some issues with water. Figured it out and let them know (fridge issue, very responsive by owners). There were only 4 towels for 4 people. Light was burnt out in one of the bedrooms. No ironing board but they did have an ironing matt delivered, we brought our own iron. The hot water was disconnect to the sink, my husband turned that on so we could wash dishes we used. Could use a little cleaning. Would stay again if needed. Location was great for our visit to the area. ”

“Light bulbs should all be tested - I bought 2 light bulbs. Handrail should be all the way up to the second floor, at least one bedroom should have a mirror near an outlet and lighting. Both bedrooms should have a lamp in addition to ceiling light. A cutting board should be available. I bought one and left it for others to use.”

“We enjoyed a great stay in this condo while visiting family in Cincinnati. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The location is quiet and felt very safe, the off street parking was a huge plus. You are within walking distance to some great dining spots and easy driving distance (around 10-15 minutes depending traffic) to OTR, the Reds stadium, museums, and other downtown locations. Would recommend this spot to anyone!”

We didn’t utilize the Connector streetcar, but it would be easy to use with it running just outside the building. We walked to Findlay Market, Rhinegeist, and other businesses in the area. “This was a good stay but I would not say it was 10/10. For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. The bed was comfortable but there was no duvet cover, just a bottom and top sheet laid over it, so there’s no way to really wash the blanket between...
