Nos pusieron en una habitación a -1 grado a la cual no le funciona la calefacción, la actitud de la chica de recepción pesima para resolver diciendo que cada que necesitemos cambios de temperatura le llamemos. 8am del día siguiente iniciaron con martillazos alado de la habitación por renovaciones del spa, veníamos de un vuelo trasatlántico y yo estoy embarazada de 6 meses, con jetlag nos cambiaron de habitación, supuestamente mejor, la cual NO tenia la botella complementaria de agua, no funcionaba el friggobar, misma situación de la calefacción de nuevo, y misma pésima actitud de la chica del lobby, diciendonos que ES NORMAL que nada funcione. Se queda muy lejos de ser un hotel medianamente decente para hospedarte, te piden depositos y la noche no es barata para el servicio que otorgan.
