“My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The staff were very accommodating from the front desk associates, to the chefs and bartender. The grounds were well maintained. We loved the delicious made to order breakfast. The only downsides were that the elevator had a few issues and one of the tvs in our suite did not work. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay.”

“I couldn't stay there because it was a horrible place! I tried 2 different rooms & both rooms didn't have a dead bolt that worked. As a single woman traveling alone, I don't feel it's too much to ask to feel safe in a locked room!!!!!!!!”

“The room I was in smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a refund since I wouldn’t be staying there. My boyfriend offered me a room at his place. I walked up to the counter about 20 minutes after checking in not opening anything or dirtying anything asked for a refund which your site says I am entitled to and they said no
They said you have to send something to them and your agents don’t know what that something is. I will not be using this company or location again and I will be going back to……
