"Great communications with host. Answered any and all concerns very quickly.Cabin was very clean and equipped with all our needs. Beds slept very good and comfortable. Weather was exactly what you would expect in January, very cold but we had sunshine days that made it tolerable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub even in the cold, was very invigorating. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a cabin with the mountain feel to it!"

"My husband became very ill just before our departure date and we had to cancel our trip. We kept thinking maybe we could at least make it for a couple of days, but his doctor said he shouldn't travel at this time.Our host Kathy was amazing. She was so understanding and kind throughout the entire process. We've stayed at this same cabin before and she is one of the biggest reasons we wanted to go back. The cabin and the property are beautiful. Kathy makes sure you have everything you need, and the cabin is clean and cozy. My husband loved the fire pit and property so much that I practically had to drag him over to visit relatives. I can't wait to go back!"

"We found your lake house to be the perfect amount of space, and in a great location for our family Christmas. The home is spacious and the kids could play in the basement without the adults hearing much in the main living space. The location was quiet, with a beautiful lake view and we found the nearby town of Sparta to have cute downtown shopping and boutiques. We also enjoyed hiking at Burgess Falls and a day trip into Nashville. We were thrilled to have a Christmas tree there for us to use and found the host friendly and responsive. The hot tub was well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Highly recommend this house for either multiple couples or a family with children. We had 13 and were very comfortable with bathroom and bedroom layouts and would love to return in the summertime and do some boating!"
