“We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We……

“Great property, clean and location is central. Communication was very good too. Only thing was other renters in the wider community left trash out and disrespected the club house, not the property we renteds fault but did affect our stay a bit.I would stay again.”

“I’ll start with the pros : it’s close to a lot of things and pet friendly. Bathrooms are nice and apt has a nice layout and roomy. Cons : bedsheet for one of the beds dirty and stained, holes in towels so bring your own. Apartment floor dirty - could be cleaner. 2nd day we didn’t have water . We left came back and still no water. I cut my stay short and had to leave. Prop mgr refunded me two nights . Disappointed but it was for the best I didn’t love the place anyway. It was so so …eh.”
