Clean room, staff very friendly, general aesthetics very pleasant great shower, good TV options for films and tv. Room service great idea however would be better if they delivered to the room. Room feeling a bit hot an unsure how to work AC system (maybe include a step by step guide or additional QR code on TV). No Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

This was a great little boutique hotel that was immaculate in almost every respect. The location was extraordinary. Shortcomings would include a parking garage with unbelievably small spots and a breakfast that reflected the problems of dealing with a small number of clients. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

This was a good base for a 3-night stay in Nice. The location was the best part of this hotel. I can imagine the rooftop pool being a very nice add on in the summer months.
