“clean room. Nice pool.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“The Untold is wonderfully posh and unique. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and nostalgic. The main seating area, bar, and restaurant have a feel that is texturally understandable to the senses that says "stay longer" to your nervous system.”

“This is very much like a quaint bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. My room was in a very old house modified to accommodate paid guests. Now, if that appeals to you, this is a great option. Unfortunately, it did not appeal to me, and the fault was mine--not the people who own and run this establishment. I should have done a much better job investigating before booking this property. I have nothing but good things to say about the hostess and other employees... I messed up, not them.”

“The Hideaway Inn is located ideally to walk to the lovely town of Lenox and right up the road from Tanglewood Music Center. It’s a lovely older property that has been well maintained with abundant period pieces. All good, so far. We arrived to find no greeter or hotel employee. Check in was automated. There in no elevator so these two seniors were left hauling their luggage up two floors of tricky stairs. Our room was small and there was one desk chair and a scarcity of horizontal surface to put……
