Eww What's That Smell?!?
When walking into the condo there was a urine smell which was not very welcoming. It looked nice until you look out the front window, which was not cleaned and had slobber all over it. While in the master bedroom, don't expect a view, all you will get is a brick wall and black mold. When we pulled back the blankets there was blood on the duvet. It just didn't seem clean and there was no response from the owner when I brought it up. Would I stay here again, absolutely not! On the last night there was some partying that went on until 3:30am, we were happy to leave and finally get a good sleep, it did not feel like a relaxing holiday.

It was a beautiful property. Kids loved swimming while it was snowing in April. Tv channels weren’t great but not needed with beautiful views. Definitely recommend staying here

Christmas in Canmore
This was an exceptionally clean and convenient little home with everything we needed for our short stay. The use of the pool and hot tub was a great asset with energetic small children and great relaxation for tired adults. It was convenient for accessing cross country ski trails and dog walks. Thanks.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway
Mystic Springs is a perfect location for an escape to the mountains for a long weekend. Easy walking distance of the town centre and the centenial park playground and with lots of amenities also available nearby. The pool and hot tub are great, though the pool was a little colder than we remembered from last time. The unit itself was well stocked and comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful Chalet
Chalet was perfect for our occasion. Across the street from venue (Cornerstone Theatre) Pool and hot tub great as well as a grassy area with lawn chairs to enjoy pool side. Great walking trail behind chalet. Perfect to take your key for a walk. Highly recommend

Worked well for our family
It was a great situation for our family and dog. There was a trail directly behind the property where we could take the dog out quickly and walk along a nice trail. The Safeway Grocery store was a few minutes away the town is close. We used the pool which was nice for our grandchild. The laundry room is close but one or two machines were broken and we were surprised that it was coin operated so we spent about $20 on laundry — but at least it was clean and accessible.

Home was clean and in great condition. Property called to welcome us and was very responsive to my inquiries. Great place to stay, area has fun downtown thats much less crowded then town of Banff while having easy access to park.

Nice for kids, space is small for 6 adults.
One night stay for 6 adult women on route to a hiking trip. Space is small as condo is laid out very narrow chairs from kitchen had to be used in living room, which really gets min. light. No bathrooms on main floor, 2 upstairs. Hide a bed was in good shape sheets & pillows need an update.

The perfect stay in Canmore
I was staying here with a couple friends to celebrate a birthday and it was the perfect spot to catch up! The big open dining room was the perfect spot to play games and chat. Everything was clean and well stocked! And we were close to anything we may want to do - shop, hike, swim! The hearted pool and hot tub were also an amazing added bonus and were both very clean and well maintained. Communications with the owners was always quick and helpful! I absolutely plan on staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay, in Canmore.

in a great location in Canmore, easy access to highway and to grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Our smoke detector went off at 530 am for no apparent reason. The maintenance person came immediately in the morning and replaced. Can opener also didn't work and they replaced that immediately as well!

Wonderful home away from home
We fully enjoyed our stay here. Was roomy, clean and inviting for our family of 5 and pet. Check-in and check-out process was great! Welcoming and departure emails were appreciated. Our expectations were exceeded. Was a great ski vacation and these accomodations were excellent. Appreciated the included park pass. The kitchen had all the appliance gadgets and utensils we needed for our home away from home.

A little piece of paradise!
This property was perfect for our group of 6 nurses coming for a little retreat away from our reality. For a few of us, it was our first time “out west” and the close proximity to the mountains and all Canmore has to offer was the icing on the cake. The heated pool and hot tub were incredible after a long day of walking around. Banff is just a short drive away and the gondola ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain is worth the trip. We plan to return and will definitely try to book this condo again. The owners are great at communicating and made for an easy check in and out experience. We were scheduled to arrive a little earlier than check in, and were able to call and find out our condo was ready and we could check in early. Thank you so much Andrew and Lindsay for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!
