The view from our room was breathtaking! We loved renting the bikes to ride all over town and to the Cave and Basin along with the Bow River falls. Staff were super kind and positive people. The soaps smell great! The music is nice in the lobby.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. The location is quite beautiful however the rooms feel like a run down motel (dated, and old / beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom was extremely tiny and bathtub was stained) and I was paying almost $900 a night. I would have expected nicer rooms, better beds and amenities. The staff also decided to give me a parking lot view over the mountain view which of course was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I’m sure you can find better value in Banff.

Really nice mountain view but the hotel is really old, lacks of maintenance (bath tubs and toilet are full of stains), door lock is somehow broken, carpet is dirty, refrigerator is not cold at all. The hot tub in the picture is quite misleading, it can only serve max 4 people for the entire hotel. There is only 1 EV charger (J1772) spot. While the worst is their restaurant, foods are not well cooked.

I absolutely loved staying at The Juniper Hotel! Staff was extremely friendly, and always eager to help. The rooms are clean and feel like a home away from home. Easy access to the highway without any traffic. They over shuttle services to and from town. You have easy access to a number of view points and lakes on the same road they are situated on. The Bistro is something you NEED to use while staying there. Hands down the best food I have had in a while. Reasonably priced for the quality for food that's coming out the kitchen. 5 start. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend staying at this location, will gladly visit them again!

I spent alomot 700 dollars for one night for a king bed room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the room is quiet small. especially the shower room, I can barely move my body there. On the picture it shows a bathtub inside the washroom, but my room has nothing. Bed was not clean. Front desk never answer my call. Overall, really disappointed.

This hotel is seeing upgrades and many have been done. Check in was helpful and a shuttle made it quick and easy to go into Banff. Rooms were modern, fresh and exceptional linens. Mountain views are beyond spectacular! Special suites available with the stunning views, fireplace in room and large balcony! We loved this venue, although the hot tub, a main feature, was out of service on our stay. They did credit our amenity fee, which was nice, but that part was disappointing! We also requested a second blanket, and they didn't have extra supplies of these. The attendant did accept the feedback and said this was a good thing to consider and have available. Finally, they have a spectacular restaurant onsite, however no vending machines for drinks in your room (just tea and coffee). Overall, the views alone make this stay amazing, and extra features are exclamation points!
