The room was big and the bed also, which was great! The hot tubs and Sauna were great! The breakfast staff was friendly and supported us with any requirement we had. Regarding cleanliness - the room was not cleaned everyday, at least was not observed as clean, as we saw dirt from past days still laying on the floor. Overall - good choice for accommodation!

Overall I had an amazing stay and I would definitely come again, however. If I had one thing to say. Its how the bathtub clogged and even after maintenance taking a look. The same issue occured.

After 3 days of camping, the staff was gracious enough to allow us an early check-in. The room was clean with modern furnishings and a welcoming feel. The bed and pillows were comfy and the sheets were soft. Loved the deep soaking tub. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was amazing with so many options and they kept everything stocked perfectly so nothing ran out. The staff were all friendly and helpful in giving us directions and tips to visit Lake Louise using the local bus. The room was comfortable and clean with nice toiletries. The decor was also super cute and set a nice ambiance. The lobby offered board games and books, and pretty yummy cookies. Nothing bad to say!

We were in a renovated room with a very quiet air conditioner but the fan blew cold air directly on us while we slept. You could maybe reconfigure the room so that isn’t happening.

Mountaineer Lodge is located in the centre of Lake Louise. There are dining facilities close by for lunch and evening meals at local hotels. Breakfast is provided onsite. We had an explorer room for our family of 4. Very spacious rooms and lovely bathroom. Great to have a comfortable sleeping area, with the option of a sofa bed to give a separate sleeping area. We were at the back of the timber building, which was close to the railway line, this didn’t cause to much disturbance. Very comfortable beds & black out blinds and curtains, also appreciated as visiting in summer months. Reception very welcoming.

If you are doing Lake Louise without a car the location is perfect. Visitor center is across the street. Local bus stops right there. Free shuttle to the gondola right outside too. Comfy. Decent breakfast and laundry so good home base for exploring the area

Not worth it for 600 bucks fridge wasn't working and when i asked the service desk they said no tec is available at that time also one blanket was missing when call the front desk took more then 45 min to get that also on the morning talk to the manager when I asked if the guy told u about my room he said yes but we couldn't do much about it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a 24H staff, I had to check out at 4:00 am to make a flight. Breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, waffles, and all the regular stuff. The coffee was very good. There is very little night life or restaurants in the Lake Louise area, BUT the few that are there are very good. Lake Louise is very central to all the attractions in Jasper and Banff. If you want the night life and bars, stay the Banff. The only problem we had was with the AC, it had trouble keeping up on a really hot day (not normally an issue at Lake Louise). The hot tub was very nice too. The WiFi bandwidth was very good.
