“This is a beautiful place to stay and Carol was an excellent host, very communicative and welcoming.”

“We loved the place, which feels like your own house in the woods. The setting is gorgeous especially with the leaves changing colors. We specifically chose the location so we could bike the Farmington Trail loop which starts at the bottom of the hill. The house is so well stocked with everything you could think of, especially coffee and there is plenty of space to relax inside and out. The host was very attentive to our needs. It couldn’t have been better for us.”

“This VRBO has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Connecticut. The view and relaxing patio overlook paddlers on the Farmington River. The beds are comfortable and the furnishing are very pleasant. The little village of Collinsville provides wonderful trails to stroll. Several restaurants and music venues were fun, but the Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer is not to miss. Carol, the host, lives next door, and can be reached easily. This was my second stay here and I would not……

“This property needs a complete overhaul. The furnishings and decor are dated! The bathrooms need to be gutted, awful bathtub. Room had an old TV. It didn’t even offer streaming. Drapes were dirty. The cheap coffee machine didn’t work. They close breakfast by 9 pm Sundays but don’t tell you. Definitely not worth $394!”

“Glenn and Sheryl were wonderful and it’s a gorgeous property.”
