"Overall our stay at Staybridge Suites was a positive experience. Staff were great and very accommodating. The room size and layout was excellent! Breakfast was good but repetitive. The air conditioning in the room did not work well. The hallways were a good 10-15 degrees cooler and we had the temperature set to 64. The public amenities could have been better, cups in the pool and no propane for the fireplace. Our fully stocked kitchen had 2 spoons, one fork and a very small sauce pan. When we brought this to their attention they brought us 2 forks. We had to go out and buy pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc for our stay. Being able to avoid doing this was the main reason we picked this hotel. They do supply Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. My advice would be to pack kitchen items instead of toiletries. The pictures are a little deceiving. This is not a fancy resort but an affordable place to stay for long term rentals or longer family vacations. The staff definitely earned the 4th star on this review!"
