“This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Palermo. Great area (2 mins from Teatro Massimo), great places to eat locally and easy to walk to the rest of the city. Hot showers, comfortable beds, quiet side street so there is minimal noise (we stayed for New Year and there was a huge concert 5 mins walk away and we cold not hear it!). Bus stop for airport shuttle bus is 10 min walk away (goes every 30 mins). Hosts were brilliant and even suggested places to eat and visit. Very clean……

“We were greeted by Fabio who ensured a smooth check in process and a small tour of the apartment. The pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge and has everything you need. The location is also very convenient depending on where you are travelling to. ”

“Really nice place with many thoughtful touches (water in the fridge, nice soaps, lotions, etc). 4 of us stayed here and it was a good size for us. Walkable distance to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Loved that both bedrooms each had an A/C unit in them.Would stay here again.”

“As soon as we arrived the owners were very warm and welcoming! They made us feel like family. The place is very nice and cozy. We would definitely come back one day and stay here again. It's close to a beach, stores and restaurants. Perfect location! Not a lot of street noise. It seemed very quiet. Late at night there are older Italian people talking till about midnight or 1am but it's cute! We really appreciated the two air conditioned units. One in each bedroom. We had the 2 bedroom unit. “The property is recently remodeled and in a perfect location. The roof has comfy furniture and a phenomenal view of the sea. Near enough to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, 2 beaches, and walking paths. The hosts always responded promptly and cared a great deal. We felt safe. Parking, city recycling/garbage schedule, and walking path to the laundromat are all easy learning curves to overcome. Would happily stay here again. Thank you for hosting my family.”

“Ferienwohnung mit tollem riesigem Balkon und Meerblick. Gastgeber sprechen leider nur Italienisch, sind aber überaus freundlich, herzlich und gastfreundlich. Freund der Familie spricht Deutsch und hat uns sehr geholfen. Wohnung selbst ist ok, mit einigen Abstrichen, z.B. ständig kaum Wasser zum Duschen, Sicherungen fliegen immer wieder raus. Sonst groß und gut ausgestattet. Umgebung ist sehr laut, v.a. nahegelegenes Restaurant spielt fast jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht laute Musik. Kein……

“Adoro tutto di questo appartamento. C'è davvero tutto ciò che serve. L'arredamento è perfettamente coordinato, fin nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è ottima e abbiamo potuto parcheggiare davanti alla porta per tutta la settimana. Marco è un padrone di casa molto cordiale che soddisfa ogni desiderio :)”
