“A tiny cottage… yes it was, but very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable and oh so Peaceful! So beautifully quiet at night. A bon fire each night when I was there. Welcoming for my dogs. The owner was so friendly… very nice …personable to speak with. I did enjoy my stay. Very relaxing. Minutes to downtown Cape Charles.”

“Even though we only stayed one night, we felt it was memorable. The room was spacious and clean. The room was quiet and we never heard another guest. Breakfast was very good and a lot of food. The steep stairs down to the beach were worth it because the shells were plentiful. The porch out back was a great place to have morning coffee and watch the boats. The only requests I would make would be to put a magnifying mirror in the bathroom to make applying makeup easier and mount a full……

“The owner expected us to do laundry. The machine was so outdated couldnt eeven fit the sheets. No laundry detergent provided. The owner asked us to put trash out for pick up”

“The condo was perfectly cleaned. The host gave clear instructions for check in and answered questions promptly. The condominium offers two very separate living spaces with nice bathrooms. The kitchen is clean and well stocked. The living room is comfortable. The beach is a short walk away. It is a nice beach for walking or for playing in the sand. The town is very small and not crowded. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. ”

“We really enjoyed this spot and look forward to returning! The hosts were very responsive and nearby should something come up. When we arrived there were items for us from the local bakery and the house is was stocked in a thoughtful way which allows you to pack lightly. Park proximity and a short beach walk was perfect. Sets a high bar for a pet friendly stay!”
