“Lovely guesthouse Great comfy bed. Lovely home cooked breakfast with good produce. We were attending a wedding at the nearby Wennington Hall and Kevin kindly dropped us off and picked us up at the end of the evening. He did not request any payment fir this but we did tip him, ”

“The staff could not have been more helpful. Hotel is in a beautiful place, just moments from the shoreline. The room was lovely and quirky and the breakfast was one of the best we have had on our travels. Thank you.”

“Excellent stay, sadly we were only here for 1 night. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff who showed us to our room and gave us a full explanation of all the facilities including how to use the coffee machine. Room was spotless and quiet. We walked into the town centre in the evening. It's only a 10minute walk but just be aware this property is up a steep hill so walking back up requires some energy!
Breakfast was delicious. We ordered the night before and then it was served at a time……

“Great location for our birthday event in Cartmel. The chauffeur service was excellent and we utilised that every evening.
Welcome from Francesca was warm and friendly but professional at all times.
Good breakfast too.
Room was warm despite inclement weather.”
