As soon as we got there we were greeted by Dee! She was sincerely happy we showed up. We have never been greeted by anyone with so much charisma along with her professional down to earth attitude made checking easy as easy can be. It almost made us want to hangout at the front desk for quite awhile. The cleaning staff obviously cares about how they perform their job. Room was clean and organized with enough room necessities so that we didn’t have to ask for anything. Can’t say enough about our stay. We will definitely be back next year. Dee, Jimbo and Frito hope you had a great time at the Savannah Bananas baseball game!!!

Super cute, fun, and innovative. I will say though the internet never worked for the tv in the room, trash was left on the floor, and I was pretty bummed to see hair on the floor in the shower- I also washed a couple dishes that were caked with grease and debris.

Perfect spot for visiting Caprock Canyon. If you come on a holiday weekend pack food . Host was responsive. The property was quiet and peaceful. Very close to the state park and dark skies at night. Would recommend and I will definitely return in future! Thank you

Group of seven - 4 adults and 3 children - and plenty of space. The home is cozy and inviting. The bunk room was great. Kitchen well equipped as we cooked Kids enjoyed all the outdoor activities available. And the park is so conveniently close.
