Cute & comfy hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the Big Texan western appeal. Right next door to the Big Texan steakhouse.

I would say our stay was not great but not miserable. The amenities were great we didn’t use them as we got in late and were dog tired. We get to our hotel and the door is all scratched up not a big deal but we did notice. We go in and it smells like a wet dog and the carpet was all torn up. We were able to get ahold of staff and get compensation seeing how we were so tired and it was late and we had to leave early. I don’t know if this is true about all the rooms but it was for ours. Other than that the place is really cool and I’m sure we just got a room right after a couple had their dog in there. (The room was clean other than the smell and carpet). It is quite a busy hotel so if you want a quiet place maybe not the place for you.
