Caprock Canyons State Park and Trailway Vacations from $509

This is a great hotel in a great safe clean area. Everything about it is great, except the people that work there. I was informed at check in, that I would have to park my motorcycle (on a trailer) on the street and not in the parking lot. I pleaded my case several times about the possibility of it getting stolen, to no avail. Finally, around 9:00 PM, I noticed other vehicles with trailers and work trucks parking in the lot, and complained again, and finally the grumpy receptionist so go ahead and move it. The next morning the new receptionist also seemed grumpy and not interested in anything except her phone. Outside of the employees, it's a great place to stay.

The staff were friendly and bar had excellent food and service. The only thing was the rooms air conditioner was very loud.
