"This property is in a perfect location to access all Captiva has to offer. Wonderful view of the bay with pool along the waters edge. Good dock for a large boat as well as fishing off the dock. Nice large screened porch and lots of den/eating/kitchen space. Communication was very good with property manager. "

"Great family vacation. The house has everything you need for cooking! Relaxing beaches, great sunrises, and amazing memories. Bring bug spray for evening walks and yard guard ( bug spray) for evening on the lower deck. "

"This is a one of a kind vacation for a large family. Plenty of space and house was great. Golf carts and kayaks were used daily. Be sure and bring your groceries. The property management does great helping everyone wand their luggage to the house on arrival "

"From my communication with Leslie and the rental company, to the ease of ordering groceries, and the tranquility brought on from the moment we stepped on the island this was the easiest and best vacation my family and I have ever had. I wish I had words to describe every single moment of the week we spent at Sea La Vie! The experience of having a PRIVATE beach area all to ourselves, having someone meet us at the dock and load/ unload our suitcases into the house, walking into an immaculate house that was stocked with the groceries we picked out, having a private chef in a FULLY STOCKED kitchen left my family and I not wanting anything else in a dream vacation. Each bedroom has everything you need for your stay, there are so many beach towels, and everything inside and outside the house is in wonderful condition. Leslie and her family put so much thought into everything in and around the property to ensure that you will have your dream vacation!!! "

"Great view of ocean"

"Recently remodeled (basically new) house was perfect for our group. Very nice inside and out. All furniture was excellent. We had 11 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for all. large kitchen and dining area made it easy to cook breakfast and dinners for the entire group. 2 complete refrigerators was an excellent idea and really made it nice to store food plus there were two icemakers for drinks! Shally's was fantastic for check-in and check-out. Communication was great with both Shally's and the owner. The private island is a real getaway. No cars just golf carts on trails and beaches galore. Everything is 5 min away from the house by cart. Lots to explore. I would highly recommend this house and this place to anyone. We took our own boat and ate at different local restaurants. Some accessible only by water. We got some souvenir cups from the restaurant at Cabbage Key and left one in the house. If you rent this house and get souvenir cups from local restaurants, please leave one. I am curious to see how many will be there when we go back next summer. "
