“My kids and I just got home from a spring break trip to South Seas. At first, I was a bit frustrated as I had asked for a crib/pack and play a week prior and I had to chase one down. Additionally, the floors of our condo weren't clean and no one addressed it. However, the hospitality and amenities otherwise were incredible. I felt comfortable being there with my kids and they had a blast. Our room overlooked the bay, which provided beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had plentiful space and there……

“You probably will not stay in one of the triangular cottages. Most rooms look like a one-story motel and are not well represented on the hotel web site. However, everything about the room was high quality and comfortable. Our room (07) overlooked a pond with anhingas, turtles and egrets. Free bikes with helmets and locks, free guest laundry. ”

“This was the perfect cottage for my family of 4 to spread out and not be on top of each other like a hotel room. We used the provided bikes every morning. Loved biking. The proximity to the beach with the provided umbrella, chairs, towels and wagon was awesome. Loved our stay!”

The room was a condo being managed by the resort, and we had issues with the room.  The bed was so bad that I needed to sleep on the couch.  The TV only offered four English stations.  The refigure door would not remain closed.  Very little shower water pressure.  It is possible that other rooms are better and don't have these issues, but I will not rebook.  ”
