“Upon our arrival the office was closed due to an event scheduled at the same time as my check-in at the location. Perhaps bad timing and luck . This things happen :)

“We had a wonderful stay Our room was spacious, well maintained and clean. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. It kept the room cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff from the time you checked in, to the restaurant, to the bar was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Definitely don’t miss out on having breakfast, lunch or dinner on site, the food was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

“The first level room I had reserved was unavailable due to some electrical problems. I accepted a 2nd level room and appreciated the gentleman who brought my luggage to the room. He was very nice.
The pool was to be closed and resort fee waived. The pool was serviced faster than management anticipated so they changed the policy and reinstated the resort fee. Guests were to be reimbursed for their lunch. I returned lunch receipt as instructed but it wasn’t taken off my bill. Dante’s dinner……
