“Overall, the condo was almost perfect. Very clean, well stocked, lots of supplies, very comfortable and very well furnished. Plenty of parking. Office checked on us regularly to make sure all was going well. The one thing about the set up was that the washer/dryer was on the screened porch and there is no light so needed a flashlight to do laundry in the evening, a minor inconvenience. The only disappointment was that I was looking for ocean view which is how it was advertised. I wanted to sit……

“Wonderful property. My family of 6 enjoyed our stay, though I would say it probably fits 4 better than 6. The pull outs were actually fairly comfortable. Short walk to the beach. We rented bikes which made it very convienient.”

“Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!”

“The condo was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with tools. The property is beautiful. The large screened in porch with 2 lounge chairs plus a table with chairs was perfect. Walk to the beach is short and pleasant. Yummy drinks at the tiki bar along the way. We ate twice at Dante’s. The pizza is great and the staff are wonderful. Will stay there again.”

“Ken and Tiffany are excellent hosts! We recently rentedtheir beautiful condo & we were beyond pleased.The condo is clean & well equipped w/ everything you will need while vacationing on gorgeous Sanibel. We arrived @ 9 pm bc of a late flight & fortunately the condo's are well-lit. As soon as I opened my car door, I heard the ocean- that's how close they are!We stayed 2 wks & did some meals there. The kitchen has everything you will need for prep. They also have a Keurig & a drip coffee maker.……
