"As expected, Seven Seas is still under rebuild from hurricane Ian, but this condo unit was in very good condition and suited our needs. Pools are open and in good condition and we were just minutes from the beach."

"Road & property construction nearby made for delays arriving at property by as much as 2 hours. Not manager or owner's cause, but also not indicated on listing or pre-arrival communication. Building, grounds and individual unit very clean and comfortable. Unit SMALL, as are all units in building. Considering post hurricane neighborhood conditions, this property faired well."

"Our family of 3 (our babe is almost 2) enjoyed four nights at this condo. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat (booked through South Seas Marina) and the view from the condo was fantastic. The pool was conveniently located next to our building and we grilled out every night. 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back to book this very condo! "

"We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues."

"We’ve stayed at this location before under the previous ownership and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, our visit was the complete opposite. From the start, we were treated rudely, and throughout our stay, the host’s behavior became harassing and intrusive.This was especially upsetting because we had confirmed in writing that my ADA-protected service dogs were allowed.
