There's loads to do in Haney, but venture farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Pick up a set of wheels and you can wander around the surrounding region at your own speed. Add these fantastic drives to your itinerary:

• You'll discover British Columbia Parliament Building and loads of other interesting sights in Victoria. From Haney, it's roughly 65 miles away.
• Around 60 miles away, Nanaimo is also a favorite with wanderers. Be sure to take in Woodgrove Shopping Centre while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love coming to this city.
• Make tracks to Chesterman Beach to rediscover nature. Take a picnic to enjoy or just recharge your batteries in the fresh air. From Haney, it's approximately 150 miles away.
