Once you've ticked off the great sights in Latin Quarter, there's loads more to see in the surrounding area. Grab the keys to a rental car, stow your luggage in the trunk and get going. These are some road trips you're sure to enjoy:

• Ottawa is about 100 miles from Latin Quarter. Renowned sights like Parliament Hill should be high on your list here.
• Why not see the best of Granby too? Major attractions to see here include Granby Zoo. Granby is about 40 miles from Latin Quarter.
• Get out into the great outdoors and appreciate the serenity at Montmorency Falls. You'll find it approximately 150 miles from Latin Quarter.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Canada, then you might need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be able to rent a car.
