Step out the front door and you are literally one minute walk away from one of the most beautiful parks the city has to offer, where you can take a stroll beside the river Taff, enjoy a picnic, or sit at one of the lovely parkland cafes and watch the world go by with a coffee. Alternatively, take a 20 minute stroll through leafy green parkland to the city centre, where you’ll find the legendary Millennium Stadium (also known as Principality Stadium), Cardiff Castle, National Museum and Cardiff Central Train Station.

Most civilised and comfortable stay
Lovely bright, well-equipped property in quiet street. Wonderful location. Easy to park and close to the main Cathedral Road for buses into town and to St Fagans. Nice restaurants, pub, bakery and Coop nearby. Also just a minute from the park where you can hire push bikes from the stand and cycle all the way along this green corridor into the centre. Try the Lazy Leek veggie takeaway next to the vintage market. Also Elgano Italian restaurant on Cathedral Road near Sophia Gardens. Property has very comfy beds, smart robes, organic toiletries etc And there are blackout blinds in every bedroom - so no waking up at the crack of dawn with the sun as we have experienced in a number of holiday lets. All beautifully presented. Thank you to Alex and Cam for a great citibreak with my daughter and two aunts.
