“Brasstown has always been a favorite place for me to go to. The views and the amenities are wonderful. The food is excellent. I know it’s undergoing a renovation which is badly needed and that’s why my score is not a five star. It looks tired in a lot of the rooms, my sink was rusted. I think you also need a different brand of coffee in the rooms. Dark magic by Green Mountain is not always preferred but more of a medium roast.”

“Very nice hotel with awesome rooms however, there is a shortage of housekeepers and rooms aren't ready at 3:00 PM check in the two times I've stayed there. I was issue a room digital key at 2:00 PM for requested 1st floor room that was not ready at the time. When I returned back to the hotel at 4:30 PM my room still wasn't ready. concierge was very polite and found me a room on the 2nd floor. Would I stay in The Oats again sure I would.”
