“The property looked great, unfortunately the room we stayed in was across from the hwy. So much noise, we didn’t get much sleep. The complementary breakfast was horrible; eggs were burnt, sausage links were burnt, potatoes were undercooked or still frozen. “Nasty””

“We enjoyed our stay here! It is very well kept with wonderful, helpful staff. It is in a great location. The rooms are spacious with a seating area as well as a mini fridge and microwave.”

“Nice place and very friendly staff. There were a few things that were in disrepair - our thermostat didn’t work. Floors were sticky in many areas. But aside from sticky floors, the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent- lots of good choices and hot food options. Aside from a few flaws, it was a good place for the price and I would come back there.”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The stay was comfortable and for the area I would use this hotel again if needed. The property could use a few upgrades but overall a decent place.”

“Booked this hotel for the use of the pool for our children on Fourth of July weekend so they had a fun time, unfortunately the pool was closed in the middle of the summer. So we checked out early. I have yet to hear from the property manager to let us know if we can get a refund for the night NOT used. Don’t include the pool in your listings if we can’t use it.”

“Wonderful place to stay! Wonderful, spacious room with a nicely stocked kitchen to meet all your needs. You can also request a 2 stove burner to be sent to your room to meet your cooking needs. We really enjoyed our stay here!”
